Day 82

I thought this was pretty in an out doorsies sort of way.

Day 81

I went to the park today to take photos. I took so many really cool ones that it was hard to pick just one to put on here.

Day 80

Benjamin taking a rest on his soccer ball.

Day 79

Little mushrooms I found in the back yard. It was so rainy this year that the fungus did well!

Day 77

This morning when I got up I saw this beautiful sunrise. I had to go out and get a photo of it. It was sprinkling even though the clouds seemed to be thin. Now it is raining. The bible says in Matthew 16:2-3 "When evening comes, you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,' (3) and in the morning, 'Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast. This is so true!

Day 76

I bought this fabric a few weeks ago to make a dress for a little girl. No little girl in particular though. I have been toying with the idea of making little girl dresses and having a store on ETSY. I am thinking that this will be for size 2. Chelsea picked out the fabric since I was having a really hard time finding just the right one. I tend to like way too many different fabrics when wanting to make something. I think she was just tired of being in JoAnn fabrics with me. lol

Day 75

The leaves are starting to change here in NY. Not much yet, but some.

Day 74

Today was a beautiful day here in NY. I took my camera to the park with us while the boys rode their bikes. I also went to Chelsea's field hockey game. Before the day was over I took over 115 photos. Thankfully they aren't with a film camera! These are a few of my favorites of the day. It was hard to narrow it down.

Day 73

I made these earrings the other day. I think they are rather pretty. Not sure I would ever wear them, but someone might. I'll be trying to sell them at a craft fair that I am going to in November.

Day 72

I used to love these little flowers as a kid. I remember picking them for my mother. I was happy to see them growing on my own lawn. Although I don't have all the colors that I remember picking as a child.

Day 71

Too busy working. Didn't get any photo's. :(

Day 70

Just a random orange flower. Have no idea what it is.

Day 69

The boys were trying to take the arrows out for Jim. They couldn't get them out though.

Day 68

My brother and my nephew stopped in today. It was a nice surprise. Today's photo is of Ethan.

Day 67

To make up for the past two days that I didn't have time to take photo's, I am posting three today. I was having fun playing around with different effects in photoshop. Hope you enjoy!

Day 66

No post today either.

Day 65

No photo today. I've been really busy and didn't have time to get my camera out. Blah.... Hope life slows down a bit.

Day 64

I am completely exhausted today so I didn't really put much into today's photo. This is a gerber daisy that I have. It hasn't flowered much. This is only the second blossom that it has had.

Day 63

Today was the first day of school. Chelsea is a senior, Colin is a junior, Nicolas is in 1st, and Benjamin is in kindergarten. Amanda wasn't here since she is in college and starting her third year. Where does the time go....

Day 62

Nicolas learned to ride his bike today without training wheels. He was so excited. I loved watching him and hearing the excitement in his voice. He has been asking all day to ride his bike.

Day 61

I was out feeding Maggie and spotted this on the way back into the house. Had to grab my camera and head back out.

Day 60

We had so much going on that I forgot to take a picture on Saturday. I went to bed at 9pm and slept until 8:30am Sunday morning.

Day 59

It has been so beautiful here this week. Tonight Nicolas and I went outside to walk around. The apples are just about ready. I am hoping that we can make cider from them. My friend is checking with her father-in-law to see if we can bring the apples down and put them in the press. The boys will like that. I made some apple sauce last year from some of them. They aren't the biggest apples so it takes quite a few to make a pie. The other photo is of the hay field. Not very impressive I know, but I like it.

Day 58

How on earth did I forget to post my photo of the day. I took the picture with the intention of putting it on and then completely forgot. Wonder what distracted me. I'll get it on in a little bit. Bugs me because now my days are going to be out of whack. I didn't want to photo entries on one day. Not much I can do about that now! GRRR. . . .

I can't wait until the buds on this plant all open. It is going to be quite beautiful!

Day 57

Not so sure at this point if there will be a photo today. I've been sick since yesterday and honestly I don't really feel like getting the camera out and taking any pic's. Maybe before the sun goes down I will manage to muster up some energy and get a photo taken. It will probably not be very interesting though.

Well I managed to take a few photo's of a project that I am working on. This is a baby afghan that I was going to make for my sister in law, but she had a boy. So now I am not sure what I will do with it.

Day 56

Today was the day that Benjamin could go in to the school and meet his teacher. While we were there, we found Nicolas's as well. I thought this was going to be easier than it appears right now for me. I tried reading a poem to Benjamin that his teacher put in their folders. I couldn't do it, I'll read it to him here so no one sees me or hears me cry like a baby.
Anyway we took a tour of the building and the last photo was taken in the library. The boys had a great time meeting their teachers. I think they are going to do well and I liked both the teachers so I'm not worried about that any more.
